  I highly recommend this place better then any other sprint store.. Americo I highly recommend talking to him awesome person explains every thing very well & helps out a lot with any questions suggestion you may have or need..

  DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE: I went in Friday 6/3/17. Syaad was working very rude and demanding my license before my phone number. I told Syaad I had received an email from SPRINT stating i could receive an upgrade by paying $40 and choose my phone and pay monthly. Syaad told me that I was not eligible for an upgrade for 2 months and i would have to pay a deposit in order to get a new phone. I asked him how much for a deposit. Syaad told me at that time he could not pull up my account at that time. He said have a good day. I went to SPRINT in Round Lake the next morning Saturday 6/4/17, and got my new phone. They were very nice and pleasant. The worker stated she is not sure why that SPRINT employee, SYAAD, would tell me that because it is stated clearly on my account that I was eligible for an upgrade. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
