  Terrible experience! Not knowledgeable people! Went in to add a line and receive buy one get one free deal but ended up changing my whole plan. Things seemed like they went smoothly until I received my next bill. I processed to call customer service who informed me that my whole account was screwed up and set up wrong. Took multiple calls to customer service to fix my account. Clearly they don't know what they are doing in this store.

  Went in explore a new phone. Salesperson, a young man, greeted us with a yawn, never smiled, kept coughing and had a less than helpful, indifferent attitude. I chose this store because past visits were so positive, with cheerful and helpful staff. Thinking about changing carriers. I won't go back to this location.

  This review is a little late. Walked into store to purchase new phones and not one person acknowledged us waited for about 10 minutes and left. I understand that you were busy but at least acknowledge that a customer is there. I went to the T-Mobile in round lake on te 83 and wasn’t half way in the door and was greeted immediately and they were busy as well ended up buying my new phones from them will never go to this location. I will drive the extra 20 minuets to go to the rlb store
