  I was getting my passport picture taken and the lady that was helping me seemed annoyed like she didn't want to be there. I couldn't tilt my head the right way and she laughed annoyingly at me because I couldn't get it right. She was very rude to me.

  The pharmacy staff isn't careful nor thorough as their job REQUIRES them to be. They shorted me 15 tablets on one of my medications. It also happens to be a controlled medication so I know I won't be able to resolve this easily.. I have filled this same rx at CVS for over a year, but unfortunately the last time they didn't have it in stock so I had to go else where. Big mistake choosing Walgreens...they have now put me in a difficult situation and I'm REALLY hoping they will see THIER mistake in this and give me what I am owed (and paid for!). Whatever happens, I know I will NOT be filling any of my medications there anymore. There is no room for any mistakes in any pharmacy setting.

  Its only convenient becasue its close, other Than that they cant keep anything in stock. Always discontinuing everything i buy just like the rest of gurnee. Supply and demand is not a thing in gurnee apparently.
